Terms & Conditions

Everything you need to know about playing, winning, and claiming your prize

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in all competitions ("Challenges") offered by Winabrandnew, operated by Wwwanted B.V., registered in the Netherlands. By entering a Challenge, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.


1. Nature of the Competition

1.1 Winabrandnew operates skill-based prize competitions. Success depends entirely on skill, not chance.

1.2 Competitions are operated in compliance with the UK Gambling Act 2005 (skill-based prize competition exemption under Section 14) and the ASA/CAP Code. For a detailed legal explanation, see our Skill-Based Competition page.

1.3 Game Types. We offer two types of skill-based Challenges:

(a) Stop the Bar

  • A bar moves across the screen towards a target zone
  • Participants must tap or click at the precise moment to stop the bar inside the green target zone
  • Scoring is based on precision: the closer to the centre of the target, the higher the score (maximum 1,000 points)
  • Participants receive 3 attempts; only the best score counts
  • The first attempt is free; a credit unlocks attempts 2 and 3

(b) Quiz Challenge

  • Participants answer 6 multiple-choice questions with 10 seconds per question
  • Scoring is based on accuracy and speed: correct answers earn 100 points plus a timing bonus (up to 10 points), incorrect answers earn 30 points
  • A perfect game (all 6 correct) earns an additional 400-point bonus (maximum total: 1,060 points)
  • The first 3 questions are free; a credit unlocks questions 4-6

1.4 Winner Determination. The winner of each Round is the participant with the highest score. In case of a tie, the participant who achieved the score first wins. In the extremely rare event that this cannot be determined, co-winners share the cash alternative prize value equally.


2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must be natural persons aged 18 or older.

2.2 Employees of Wwwanted B.V. and affiliated companies, and their immediate family members, are excluded.

2.3 Participation is void where prohibited by law.


3. Entry & Credits

3.1 Each Challenge requires credits to unlock the full entry (see Section 1.3 for free and paid portions per game type).

3.2 Credits can be purchased individually or in bundles (see Section 4).

3.3 One credit equals one full entry, unless stated otherwise in the Challenge description.

3.4 Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of this platform.

3.5 Refund rights for credits allocated to Rounds are set out in Section 11 (Round Cancellation & Refunds).

3.6 Unused credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will notify you by email 30 days before credits expire.


4. Pricing & Discounts

4.1 The base price is £6 per credit.

4.2 Bundle discounts are applied based on quantity: 5% off (3+ credits), 10% off (5+ credits), 15% off (7+ credits).

4.3 Personal discounts are available for subscribers and referred users: Replay Bonus (10%), SMS subscribers (10%), Email subscribers (5%), and Referral discount (5% one-time). Only the highest applicable personal discount is applied.

4.4 Bundle discounts and personal discounts combine for a maximum total discount of 25%.

4.5 All prices include applicable taxes.


5. Conduct & Fair Play

5.1 To maintain fair competition, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of automated systems, bots, or scripts
  • Sharing accounts or allowing others to use your account
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Any form of cheating or circumventing the competition rules

5.2 Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent exclusion from future Challenges.


6. Account Suspension & Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms & Conditions
  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive behaviour
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You fail identity verification during prize claims
  • Your account remains inactive for more than 24 months

6.2 If you voluntarily close your account, any unused credits will be forfeited. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

6.3 If your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms (including Fair Play rules), all unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

6.4 Credits allocated to a Round that is subsequently cancelled by us will be refunded in accordance with Section 11, regardless of account status.

6.5 You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@winabrandnew.com.


7. Prizes & Claims

7.1 Winners will be contacted via email within 48 hours of competition completion.

7.2 SMS Circle members also receive instant SMS notifications.

7.3 Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of notification.

7.4 Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

7.5 Winners may choose to receive a cash alternative instead of the physical prize. The cash alternative is 75% of the prize's retail value at the time of the competition launch.

7.6 Prize delivery is handled by our trusted logistics partners.

7.7 International shipping may be subject to customs duties (winner's responsibility).

7.8 We may require identity verification before releasing high-value prizes.


8. Payments & Third-Party Services

8.1 All payments are processed securely by Mollie, our payment service provider.

8.2 We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

8.3 By making a purchase, you agree to Mollie's terms of service.

8.4 We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank or payment provider.


9. Privacy, Data & Cookies

9.1 Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • Account management and authentication
  • Conducting Challenges and determining winners
  • Processing payments via our payment provider (Mollie)
  • Contacting winners and delivering prizes
  • Sending promotional messages if you have subscribed via email or SMS
  • Analysing website usage and improving our services
  • Fraud prevention and security

9.2 We use cookies and tracking technologies (including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and TikTok Pixel) for analytics and advertising purposes. You can manage your cookie preferences in your browser settings.

9.3 We share data with trusted third-party service providers necessary for operating our platform, including payment processors, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.

9.4 Marketing communications are sent only with explicit consent and you may unsubscribe at any time.

9.5 For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.


10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wwwanted B.V. or its licensors.

10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10.3 The Winabrandnew name and logo are registered trademarks of Wwwanted B.V.


11. Round Cancellation & Refunds

11.1 Each Challenge round requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. If a round does not reach the required participation level within a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel the round.

11.2 If a round is cancelled due to insufficient participation:

  • (a) All purchased credits used to enter that round will be refunded to your account balance within 7 days;
  • (b) You will be notified via email;
  • (c) Details will be recorded in your Challenge History & Purchase History.

11.3 If you prefer a cash refund instead of credits, you may request this by emailing refunds@winabrandnew.com within 30 days of the cancellation. Please include the round number in your request.

11.4 Cash refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis: only the value of unused credits from your purchase is eligible for refund. Credits that have been used on Challenge entries cannot be refunded, as you have already received the benefit of those entries.

11.5 A transaction fee of 5% of the refund value (with a minimum of £0.50) is deducted to cover payment processing costs incurred during the original purchase and refund. This fee is clearly displayed before you confirm any refund request.

11.6 Credits that were obtained through promotional offers, bonuses, or referral programmes are not eligible for cash refunds, but remain valid for use in other Challenges.

11.7 We reserve the right to keep a Challenge temporarily closed while we evaluate participation levels or make operational decisions. No new rounds will open during this period.

Refunds for Technical Failures

11.8 If a Round is cancelled or materially disrupted due to technical failures on our platform after entries have been submitted, participants who were unable to complete their entry will receive a full credit refund to their account balance.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

11.9 Refunds are not available when:

  • (a) You completed your entry and the Round concluded normally;
  • (b) You purchased credits but chose not to enter any Round;
  • (c) You were disqualified for violating the Fair Play rules (Section 5);
  • (d) Technical issues on your end (internet connection, device failure) prevented participation;
  • (e) You voluntarily closed your account (Section 6.2).

12. Liability

12.1 Wwwanted B.V. is not liable for technical issues preventing participation.

12.2 Internet connectivity issues are the participant's responsibility.

12.3 We reserve the right to cancel Rounds due to technical difficulties. Refunds in such cases are handled in accordance with Section 11.8.

12.4 Our liability is limited to the value of credits used for entry.

12.5 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.


13. Force Majeure

13.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, acts of God, or extreme weather events
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
  • Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
  • Power failures, internet outages, or telecommunications failures
  • Cyberattacks, hacking, or system security breaches

13.2 In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.


14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at support@winabrandnew.com. We will endeavour to resolve the matter informally within 14 days.

14.2 If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you may pursue formal legal action as outlined in Section 15.


15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

15.1 These T&Cs apply to all Challenges. By participating, you accept them in full.

15.2 Wwwanted B.V. may amend these T&Cs from time to time. Updates will be published on the website.

15.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

15.4 Winabrandnew is operated in compliance with:

  • The UK Gambling Act 2005 (skill-based prize competition exemption under Section 14)
  • The CAP Code for promotional marketing
  • The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

15.5 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

15.6 Disputes are subject to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
